Our Health & Safety record is audited thoroughly in several ways. First we have appointed external Health & Safety consultants to carry out an in-depth annual audit of our existing Health & Safety arrangements and ensure our compliance with legislation.
Working Safely
JKe has a high level minimum standard of qualifications and training which all operational staff must obtain, and all are evaluated through regular random testing tailored to their work requirement. Forming part of our development strategy, which includes making sure our staff are the most qualified and trained in our industry, this promotes pride, motivation and quality whilst ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing staff turnover and absenteeism, and increasing profits.
Policy Statement
The Health and Safety at Work Act requires employers to prepare and, as often as may be appropriate, revise a written statement of the general policy with respect to health and safety at work for employees. This statement has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and includes details of the organisation and arrangements, for the time being in force, for carrying out the policy.
