JKe has a high level minimum standard of qualifications and training which all operational staff must obtain, and all are evaluated through regular random testing tailored to their work requirement. Forming part of our development strategy, which includes making sure our staff are the most qualified and trained in our industry, this promotes pride, motivation and quality whilst ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing staff turnover and absenteeism, and increasing profits.
JKe's has a bespoke in-house training program and we also employ specialised external training services. Our policy is to promote from within and this is achieved using our continuous improvement and on-going training programs.
