Fly Tipping Clear–up
Fly Tipping is an increasing challenge for local authorities as councils, highways and environmental agencies as they need to manage the safe and effective removal of illegally dumped waste.
JKe works in partnership with many authorities and agencies to remove and dispose of fly-tipped waste and we are a valued resource that is responsive to demand.
About Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is the illegal deposit of any waste onto land e.g. waste dumped or tipped on a site with no licence to accept it. This practice is an offence under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978. Fly tipping can result in fines of up to £20,000 and/or 6 months imprisonment.
Road Kill
Unfortunately, the increase in number of fatal road accidents has an impact on animals as well as humans. In these very difficult circumstances, JKe is adept in the clearing, disinfecting and removal of all remains in line with current legislation, including the transfer of materials to approved sites for incineration.
Again, our reliability and efficiency is highly regarded as we manage these situations to the highest level with the minimum of disruption.
